Thread: Vista cannot detect scanner

Windows vista installed in my system and I connect my DT-909 scanner. But the problem is this scanner did not detect in vista. So please give me solution for this problem. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

First of all make sure that Canon scanner is connected correctly to PC. Again connect DT-909 scanner by taking out USB chord from USB port.

Please must check that proper drivers are installed for DT-909 scanner in XP. If drivers and other associated software of this DT-909 scanner are not installed then install them. Once all software’s are installed for this scanner reboot PC.
