Default Address bar has moved to bottom of screen

I have installed vista in my PC My Address Bar, the address bar in some way got moved to the bottom of the screen and I am not able get it back to the top. The File, Edit, View, etc. and everything below that is okay at the top of the screen.

Its IE address bar or Windows task bar?
If the concluding, you just require left clicking and holding down the button and drag the bar to the top.

If you talking about Address Toolbar simply right click on Taskbar, select Toolbars and after that unmark Address bar.
