Thread: Renovate certificate in Vista

I installed Vista on my PC. But now I think there is problem in my OS as it was showing message as certificate has expired. So please tell me how to renew certificate for Vista. Any help will be appreciated.

Follow the steps given below to renew certificate:-

• Click Start and type certmgr.msc in search.

• This opens Certificate Manager

• Open certificate you need to renovate.

• Click Actions then click All Tasks and choose one of two given below:

o Click Renew Certificate with New Key.

o Go to Advanced Operations, and tick Renew this certificate with similar key.

• Then finish renew procedure
