Thread: Windows vista installation fails

I can’t able to install update on my laptop. I try to install it by all possible ways by turning off antivirus, installing in safe mode but nothing happens. It shows an error code as 80070020. So please help me to solve this error. Any help will be appreciated.

To solve this error you must download new copy of Windows KB973687 and try to update it again and it surely solves your problem for error code 80070020.
