Thread: Radeon 4600 GPU bad performance on vista

I have installed Radeon 4600 card on PC. But card performance is very slow. I am unable develop PCs performance. I reinstalled it but problem remains. And I also require using hydra vision tool for several monitor support. So provide me some suggestions about this.

Poor performance correlated to improper driver settings or not enough system hardware. To obtain best performance from video card, ensure the new motherboard BIOS and motherboard and CHIPSET drivers are installed. These are available from system or motherboard producer’s website.

If problem remains, this may limit with graphics BUS on motherboard, restrictive available bandwidth. It also probable that card is not doing as it is supposed to. To check extra, install card in other PC. If this runs then there are many problems with hardware.

For superior performance revolve DirectDraw speeding up, Direct3D speeding up, and AGP Texture speeding up. Then go to start button, click Run, type DXDiag in Open, and then choose OK. On Display tab, less than DirectX characteristics, choose enable next to DirectDraw speeding up, Direct3D speeds up, and AGP speeds up. Run available tests to make certain that each of three parts passes. Then choose Exit. Reboot system by using a clean boot process.
