Press the "Start" button and enter "Computer Management" in the Search field at bottom of the Start menu. Hit "Enter" to open the PC management window. Press the "Storage" option on the left and choose "Disk Management" to show all partitions on your PC. Right-hit a partition to access context menu. This menu has all available options for managing the partition.
