Thread: Disable Aero in Windows Vista

I am using a computer system installed with windows vista operating system. I want to know how to disable Aero in Windows Vista?

To Enable or disable this effect:

• Right-Click on a empty area of desktop and then choose Personalize from the context menu

• Click Window Color and Appearance Option

• Check if you would like to Enable Transparency or not.

• Also disable the complete aero glass theme. Click on Open classic appearance properties for additional color options link.

• Choose a non-Aero theme and click OK.
