Thread: Undock PC icon not here on Vista

I have desktop machine. But the Undock icon missing from start menu. I really want it back and I have tried different start menu styles also but I m not success. If you are having any solution from which I will able to solve this problem, and then help me to solve it.

Follow the steps given below:

• Go to Start Menu and type regedit in the search box and hit Enter.

• Browse the following key :

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer

• Then create a new Dword value by right clicking and name it as
NoStartMenuEjectPC

• Right click the new value and select Modify.

• Give it a value of 0 to show the Undock computer option.

• Remember, you should type 1 to hide the undock button.

• Now close the registry and restart the computer.
