Thread: XP installation together with Vista

I have Vista on my computer on one drive. I have to install XP on a new. However, I know that if I install XP with an existing Vista installation, the MBR will be overwritten and I will not able to boot into Vista. Can I use EasyBCD to configure the MBR when I complete the XP installation and then boot into Vista? BTW, EasyBCD is a neat program that will arrange the boot sequence and MBR.

You can't use the image they provide for any reinstallation of Vista however. That just contain the repair tools.
