Default Create problem to installing Windows Vista on a new hard drive

My hard drive was failing S.M.A.R.T Error and I had to change the drive. I now installed the new drive, ran the Windows Vista bootable CD that came with my pc and when I click "Install". It creates problem message condition that Windows cannot open the required file - D:\sources\install.wim, error 0X8007000D.

Try opting one more CD and try that, also make sure that the CD is fresh, wash in soapy water if necessary.
    Then try this:

    1. Run CHKDSK /R /P from the recovery console

    2. Run FIXBOOT from recovery console

    3. Run FIXMBR from recovery console

    4. Run the manufacturer diagnostic efficacy,

    5. Changing the drives from cable select to Master/Slave may fix it.

    6. change the data cable may fix it, but generally not.

    7. Setting the BIOS to use defaults may fix it,

    8. Changing the BIOS drive settings from auto to user-specified, ensuring that LBA is selected may fix it.

    9. Pulling the CMOS battery to let the BIOS lose it settings may work.
