Thread: beeps in Vista

I am using a computer system installed with windows vista. Whenever I type the keys beeps comes. I want to disable this sound. Please tell me how to disable this? It’s really very irritating. Any help would be highly appreciated…

It’s very simple:
1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Click on the Ease of Access Center icon.
3. Click on the Make the keyboard easier to use link.

Here is a simple solution:-
• Open Device Manager
• Go to view and click “show hidden devices “
• after that go to “Non-Plug and Play Drivers”
• Under this you will find, “beep”
• Right click and go to Properties, in this go to Driver tab
• Now click stop when Beep is chosen.
