Default Reinstalling vista with no disk

Acquire a Computer with Vista Home Premium and afterward upgraded to Ultimate. Have the install disk for Home Premium but not for the upgrade. Currently the Computer won't observe the hard drive and wants to boot from the floppy. Tried to set the Bios to boot from the CD Drive but it’s not work. Is there a problem with the hard drive?
Give me some suggest for this problem

The first step there would be stopping the floppy search selection in the bios setup plus setting the optical drive. One more option for lots of boards is the use of the boot device menu where you press an allocate F key like F1, F8, or F12 or F14 to mention a menu of categories where you choose the main drive to see the system will then start up usually. If Windows loads right up then you know the boot order is just misconfigured and would just need to stop the floppy search and see the major OS boot drive set as first and default in the boot order.

You can also attempt booting of the home premium. Disk and choose "repair" also your home premium disk should also be for final as long as you have the Ultimate Key.

I had the similar problem previous this year? It's the same thing. It won't boot to what it's being set at. All is stop except for the CD drive. Settings don’t yet see the Hard disks.

I have to know how old is your computer? Was this just seen recently where all rapidly stopped working or has it been a rather gradual process?

If you can get onto your PC in still safe mode, and then click PC and properties and acquire the license key you could download a fresh disc and use that key to do a clean install, providing you do find the key. When you download the disc you want to use a key to make active it.
