Default Full folder shows empty in windows Vista

I'm using Vista Home Premium and when I view a folder with explorer, it shows as blank but when I run Tree size it shows me all files in the folder and they can be opened with the related software. Please give some help.

There are several hidden folders with files. Particularly lang. connected and MUI's. As vinu specify they are further than probable hidden and your system folders.
