My PC was functioning perfectly well. I determined to restart it, but at present it will get to the welcome monitor, then the monitor will go black. There are some things that will pop up, for example an announcement on sidebar but no desktop or anything. I am fairly don’t know about PCs so if you have a fix or something please try and explain me.
