It is possible that for some reason has deteriorated a Windows boot file and it would be advisable to you to put the Windows CD and make use of REPAIR optician to see if that will solve the problem it is always better than format, that is the last option.

I agree with my colleague Conan formatting is the last thing you should do, the option to repair is the most appropriate, for it would have to enter Bios and set as 1 º Boot the CD, save with F10 and boot and then you choose the Repair option EYE not confuse you with the option to install as you would lose.

I want to know if the repair option is handled like the windows wp commands through the truth I have no idea how to manage. I have said it is super easy to install windows vista but since it is more manageable than to repair XP but I have no clue I could give some basic information on what had to do with the repair option.

Actually easier than Windows XP in terms of the Repair option because when you can not crank or start the system tells you how to carry this out, that is, within the start up options that indicates there is a problem repaired by Hard ie Boot from the DVD drive the language and the choice of where to Repair Scans the system for the problem and I'll reparable.
