If you have difficulty using the mouse or a notebook touch pad this tip may be useful. Instead of having to move the mouse pointer from one part of the screen to the other when selecting buttons in dialogue boxes, make it go to the default selection button automatically.

To do this in XP,open Control Panel, then select the Mouse link from within the Printers and Other Hardware link (Hardware and Sound in Vista).ln the Mouse Properties dialogue, click the Pointer Options tab and tick the box labelled 'Automatically move pointer to the default location in a dialog box' and click OK.
