Default After downloading windows vista keeps suspending?

Hi, I have a problem that occurs in my mind that after you download my Windows Vista keeps freezing? What I can do that I suggest in detail only when downloading something at 100% discharge, which is not the problem, but when I click on the download after it finishes to start the installer, or Firefox and Chrome installer does not respond does not start. Does anyone know what the problem is happening with my operating system?

I just want to get into the configuration recommended by Microsoft and the guy just in Start Search to disable startup items and non Microsoft services. The reason I say to disable the start menu is that it is a suggestion, since it freezes in normal mode is not secure, and the difference in safe mode to normal is to start articles, services and plug and play drivers . Therefore, you should disable the start menu.

The discussion started, I recommend, if you try to run a file for the first time after downloading, Windows Vista will ask if the file you download is safe or not. This is to prevent viruses and other unwanted malicious software on your computer to infect your computer by itself to run without ever opening them. For this passage, Vista brings a dialog box asking if you want to run or not, and if you want Vista to always ask the same question, if you open this file. I hope you understand.

I want to tell you that sometimes Firefox and Chrome take some time to connect to the specific part of Windows if you run the download directly from the browser. One solution would be to wait indulgent .Sometimes it takes a long time to open dialogue. If it does not work, try running the file directly from where you downloaded (by default, it will happen during file downloads).

I would like to suggest that Vista is great. It's just that when you get it, for whatever reason, it is not set up right. In this case, you should do a factory restore [no System Restore]. It works great when you made the factory again, and quickly. The screen resolution is amazing. And there are patches for the small problems now. Windows Update to install if you have the factory restore. Vista is much better than XP.
