Offline/manual activation please suggest me

I am having two pc. One of these is operating Windows Vista and other one Is operating Windows 7. I require to do Offline/manual activation of vthese 2 os. I don’t recognize that how can I do that and so I am posting this above here. If you recognize that how I will be capable to do this then please post your response over here. I will be thankful to all the replies.
