Default Vista SP1 PCI Problem occurred suggest me

I downloaded Vista SP1 to my wife's Acer laptop and on reboot the system wouldn't distinguish the graphics card or the codeless card. appearing at Device Manager I seen yellow triangles versus three entries for PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge. Seeming at their properties I seen the content "this twist cannot begin (Code 10)". SO it appears as if the PCI bus isn't operating, preventing the machine from distinguishing twist on PCI ports.THe "check for solutions" box is no assist.

I have tested erasing them so the woods set up but the similar content arrive up after reinstalling woods (I had to connect to my home network by ethernet to do this).I have also tested utilize system restore to revert to pre-SP1, to no avail - it said there was an fault that precluded restoration.

Try clicking on the twist in Device Manager, then click remove, then reboot and let Windows set up the twist. If this doesn't repair it, try reinstalling the video card woods and view if that assist.

Did you get SP1 from windows updates or did you download it yourself from the downloads centre? The cause I ask is that SP1 is only give through "windows updates" if your machine is prepare for it and does not have any antagonistic wood.Few of the woods listed as incompatible are sound wood and you should update them then in turn SP1 will be offered.

Still, as many users are determine, there look to be no newer wood than they so soon have!Do also keep seen windows updates manually and appear at present updates listed optional or suggested, wood could be give which would then lead onto SP1 being offered.
