In the Control Panel, you can assign the individual file extensions programs. Alternatively, use System Restore, but she is. If you know since when the error occurred, otherwise makes little sense.

The solution lay in the hotfix When you run an. exe file on a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7-based computer, the file may start a different program .However, the system needs then (at least my) 2 x reboot. And then we must not get confused so that the desktop icon's (Yes, only links are) still show the image from the Picture Manager. There were, however, with the matching programs to start clean again!

I had to delete all of this desktop's icon and sometimes the originals Program links in Start - Programs icon (although the properties under the right icon was displayed and linked to change) once on another icon, then back on the right icon to reset the display back and already voted. If we have this new program was again linked to the desktop and Here again appears the appropriate icon and launch thesoftware correctly.
