Thread: Security Center, Windows Firewall and Windows Defender to stop Trojans out of service

In a small, serverless network, a Vista machine was damaged by Trojans.The virus scanner detected the culprits very quickly, but probably too late. After the cleanup, c't Desinfect Thank run on this machine, the Security Center, Windows Firewall and Windows Defender no longer. Can not switch on, message "The specified service does not an installed service".


The registry entries for these services I have already adjusted manually, the Defender also write to the run, but nothing else works. How do I get the services for the Security Center, Windows Firewall and Windows Defender running smoothly again?
