Reputation as a Domain Admin RSOP.MSC times active users, there's a setting for Windows Update for the user?
I just do my first steps with Server 2008 and I got a question: I have a Windows Server 2008, which is supplied via WSUS with updates if I sign up with the local administrator account, the system offers me the immediate installation of approved updates. If I do, however, with NEW domain admin account registration also a member of the local group Administrator, he shows me though that the updates are available, the installation cannot manually initiate. Why is that and what can I do that I may also install with NEW domain admin updates immediately Thanks in advance ...

So, under User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components is no entry for Windows Update so ne error message does not come. This opens the Windows Update window (Control Panel -> Windows Update) and the point where the local admin to install the button is located an information stating that: "Some settings are managed by the system administrator.
Please excuse that I dig up this topic again after so long i have with me on Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 7 the same problem as a local administrator, I see in the WHUAPP the updates, they can select and install as a domain administrator or as a domain user with local administrative rights, I see only "some settings are managed by the system administrator. Not configured" when I "Configure Automatic Updates" on the GPO is set it again however, I would like so that the server to download updates and install them on my request, because someone has a solution?
Testing in the registry to see if there are values at this point is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Current Version \ Policies \ Windowsupdate> DisableWindowsUpdateAccess or DisableWindowsUpdateAccess Mode if so, delete again the two values and call on Windows Update.
