Put the boot_toolkit
Unfortunately, making the toolkit suitable for a USB memory key isn't just a matter of copying across the files you've previously saved to your hard disk. To make the key bootable, you need to calIon the help of another program - PeToUSB. Download that from /3k3cq. It's only about lOOKE, but it comes as a Zip file, which needs to be extracted. If you own a dedicated compression utility (such as Winzip), use that. If you're relying on the Zip tool built into Windows, right -click on the download, select 'Extract All', then follow the onscreen instructions.

Whichever extraction method you use, you will end up with three files. The one you're interested in is called simply 'PeToUSB.exe' (depending on your Windows settings, the' .exe' part might not be shown). Double-click it. When PeToUSB launches, click the ellipsis button ('00.') and navigate to C\UBCD4Win\BartPE - the folder where you stored the toolkit. Next, tick 'Enable Disk Format' and 'Enable File Copy'. Finally, ensure your USB memory key is inserted into one of the PC's USB ports, then click Start. On the confirmation screens that appear, click Yes.
It's crucial to remember that this stage of the project will completely format the USB key. Everything already on it will be wiped, so before going ahead make sure you've backed up any data you want to keep. The process of transferring the toolkit to the key is quite slow, so don't be alarmed if it's still going after 15 minutes. When it's done, click OK.
