Encrypted files can be shared with additional users but this is done on a per file basis and all rights must be provided to the user. Encrypted File System (EFS) allow other users to decrypt and encrypt original encrypted file. These users may also move, copy, or delete the encrypted permissions as.

1. Open on the encrypted folder and right-click over an encrypted file. From pop-up menu, select Properties option.

2. In Properties dialog box of selected file, click over the Acjvanced button.

3. An Advance Attribute dialog box appears. Click over Details button.

4. An Encryptions Details dialog appears. Select user and click over the OK button.

5. If you want to add more users then click over the Add button. A Select user dialog box appears. Click on the user. The user which is to add must have valid EFS certificate and this EFS certificate is automatically assigned when user encrypt a file.

6. You can add more users by clicking on the Find User ,button. Click over the OK button.
