While experimenting with system tools and registry settings, you unintentionally disabled the context menus that normally appear with a right-click.
You can unblock context menus through the registry. First call up the Registry Editor by pressing [Win)+[R), typing 'regedit' and pressing [Enter). Navigate your way to the key 'HKEY_ CURRENT_ USER\Software\Microsoft\ Wi ndows\Cu rrentVersion\Poli cies\ Explorer' in the program. Check whether the 'NoViewContextMenu' DWORD value is available in the right pane of the window. If yes, remove it by clicking 'Edit I Delete' and confirming the prompt by clicking 'Yes'. Also check the options for all settings in the main branch under 'H KEY _LOCAL_MACHINE'.
