After over seven years, sales of Windows XP are coming to an end. Or are they? Feelings have run high with claims that Microsoft is leaving Windows XP users high and dry, effectively forcing them to upgrade to Vista even if their computers are not up to the task. However, selling a product and providing support for it are two very different tasks for a company. We spoke to Microsoft to find out what this decision actually means for users.
