The Windows XP users can insert the Windows XP bootable CD into the computer. When asked to press any key to boot the CD then press any key from the keyboard. Once the Windows XP setup menu press the “R” key from your keyboard to repair the windows, By pressing the key “1” you will get your windows installation and after pressing the enter key you will asked for a prompted administrator password, enter the password and press the enter key. Then copy e:\i386\ntldr c:\ and e:\i386\ntdetect.com c:\ to the root directory of the primary hard disk. Since the above files are been copied from the CD-ROM drive letter, but it will be different on your computer. And once both the files are copied successfully then remove the CD from the CD-ROM and reboot the computer.
