Windows will normally move any files that you choose to delete to the Recycle Bin, allowing you to salvage them later ifnecessary. If you want to delete files instantly, rather than sending themto the bin, then select the file, hold down the Shift key and press the Delete key. A box will appear to check that you want to Delete the file - Click yes.
