    Hi,
This may be because your computer is freezing frequently due to the software related problems. If you're also getting lockups whenever you are working or opening a program on the computer then confirm that the latest updates are available on the computer for that program in your computer.

This may be due to the lock up in computer and also be causing a problem for the drivers. For example, if there is any matter which exists with your video drivers a computer could lock up the video while playing a game or displaying any kind of other video. Also make sure that the newly drivers for all the main devices in your computer are been installed with their updates.

Sometimes when your processor of the computer is getting too much heated then the computer starts freezing. When this kind of problem is arises there is a abnormal noise in the computer which states that the fan in the computer is failing and need to be replaced as early as possible. You can also check the fan is providing adequate air or not and make sure that it is working smoothly. If your Bios monitors then the RPM of the fans, enter the BIOS and make sure the BIOS does not reply with the errors.

In addition to software, hardware can also be the reason for a computer to lock. If you have lately installed any new hardware into the computer, try removing it out to make sure it is not the reason of your problem. Before trying to attempt to take away any hardware, make sure you are not encountering this issue as of hardware conflicts by screening the Device Manager for errors. Since if you not have added newly installed any new hardware into the computer, the next best answer to formative if this is a hardware matter would be take away any hardware on the computer that is not desirable. For example, eliminate your modem, network card, sound card, and any other expansion cards that are not required for the computer to operate. Run the computer without these cards to see if they are the cause of your issue.

If your computer continues to often lock up, it’s probable that Windows may be critically dishonest. Try consecutively during the basic troubleshooting steps for your version of Windows on the basic troubleshooting page. If these steps do not resolve your issue, I would recommend you to backup all the information and erase it and reinstall Windows in your computer for resolving the problem.

If you have reinstalled your operating system but no changes, or during the installation of your operating system, your computer turns off strangely, it is very likely that any of the other hardware is failing in the computer. If you are having additional accessible parts or have a friend or co-worker with a alike design then it is willing to allow you to test their hardware in your computer, try to exchange these parts for determining if they are at liability. Or else, you will need to have the computer serviced.
