Thread: XP Safe Mode

My work computer was infected with Trojan win32 (other). Follow the instructions of a forum in which I was requested restart XP in safe mode. To learn how to enter this page and follow the instructions those are on site. When you restart the computer I get the XP screen that asks me if I start in normal mode, in safe mode, safe mode with network or from the last saved settings. In choosing either option the machine load into memory a few files and then restart. So again and again and can not put into operation. Why?

If not you can put in safe mode, try in normal mode, doing all the steps, and if it is what the Trojan try again in safe mode.
