I can't open files in my PC

I can not open files from my pc because the window open. Scan a few days ago that he had no antivirus pc and internet is not. I found several viruses which apparently were erased. Delete some files from games that were not used. It is the only thing I did but now when I open any folder or file, I get the window open. The only files that are left open are the music and images. Someone can help me.
