System error

I want your help.... in my pc there is an error loading the system.... and get a good format for the machine... but when I come to the partition, the salts and unknown when I want to remove one of them comes to me denied access and can not be removed.... please do ....help

Hello friend.

You can use a Linux versions to destroy partition tables and then recommends you try is just the disc and try another and with a boot disk.
