Input signal out of range

Get this sign "input signal out of range" each time you start the computer and do not know how to fix it. I changed the resolution but still the same.

I had not installed any software or changed anything in the PC hardware.

Someone can help me.

Check the monitor on another pc.

I tried to enter safe mode, to change the screen resolution. I fear that we will have some understanding.

Hello.

You have another computer take.

Have tried going into safe mode and change the resolution but then when you start a normal way.
