Sometimes when I print something the print is so tiny it is almost unreadable. This can happen when I print email, and when I print from a web page, but I don't think it has happened when I print a word document that I have created. Not all emails and web pages do this, but it happens often enough to be very annoying.

This can happen when I am in IE 7 or in Mozilla Firefox.
I have a Dell laptop, a Cannon MX 850 printer, and Windows XP.
I have tried changing text size, previewing print and changing size. Nothing works.
Can you help. I am not technical at all so please don't be too technical. Thank ou.
