Username and password not appearing in win logon screen

I have recently installed a software to fix the registry in the computer, after which I have deleted some files, and now when I turn on the pc, the blue screen will appear with the windows XP logo but there's no username and password seen on the screen I then can’t use the pc, I also tried by pressing twice the ctrl + alt + del but nothing has worked out! I don’t want to format my computer, is there any way where I can bypass it to restore to a previous date? And remove the stupid software which is not useful for my computer?

help me please

Try booting your computer into safe mode (press F8 key as soon as Windows starts loading on the computer), if that works then do a system restore; if you can't get into safe mode, get in touch with the people who have supplied the utilities, it has most likely scrambled your registry. Which is creating the problem for your computer.
