I have a problem when my computer starts up the current screen to choose a hardware profile. The first profiles accessible are a long string of non-printable characters and just trash it. I decide to go with the second one called profile1 I believe and it all starts up fine. I cannot figure out how to delete this phantom profile. If I go to Control Panel > System > Hardware > Hardware profile there's only the one profile shown so there's nothing to delete there. Can somebody help me delete this garbage profile so I don't have to keep choosing at startup?
