Thread: Start menu freezes

When I right click on the start menu, I observe that there is an hourglass icon appears on the screen and the desktop freezes up? What is supposed to take place when the start menu is right clicked in my computer? Do help me!

The normal right click menu must emerge on the desktop. If and when it does see if there is somewhat in there that isn’t standard. There can also help you in learning about what is causing the problem in the computer. Also try doing something like Ccleaner to clean the registry from the computer.
