Default The spooler service missing in Services

I have this problem that I do not have any kind of spooler service in the Services, but the spoolsv.exe exists (system32). When I try to run the process on this in the Task manager, it appears for a couple of seconds and then again disappears? What can I do about it?
    Thanks!

For solving this kind of problem you just need to type the command line in your computer like:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\sc.exe create "Print Spooler" binPath= "C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe"
