Thread: Monitor not working...

I just bought a new computer which is been built for me in advance so that it must be working properly. But the problem is that the new computer does not seem to work with monitor which is about a 19”. I can receive the No Signal to come up and after that it doesn't do anything but it remains black. I've been also trying everything as per my knowledge and I'm not really a computer wizard there's not much I can think of. One thing I have noticed that my monitor are too small for my graphics card. Should I just go and buy out a new monitor for the graphics card.

If the monitor doesn't have a picture when booting, moreover the monitor or the video card is been dead.
