I have a problem... my dad's Dell Dimension E310 is not identifying the blank CDs! I also tried rebooting for a few times (my girlfriend's computer too had a similar problem, and that is been fixed it on her computer), but that solution is not doing anything. The warranty of the computer has expired 2 days ago, so I can't get help from Dell unless I pay them... does anyone have an idea about what to do? Thanks!
