Thread: The Security Center which is located in Control Panel has been unlock

Can someone please help me, because I can't open the security center in the control panel when I click on it? I am also making use of XP Service Pack 3 in my computer?

Are you logged in as the administrator in your computer?

Yes. But my user accounts are also not functioning well. This weird thing that I added to another user which also asked to be a computer administrator. So right now I have 2 administrators... and there's no users showing up in startup log on, it go straight to windows.

I would just back up what files I need and then re-format the Hard Drive then re-install the XP system in it again.
