Thread: Maximum memory required for XP 32 bit

What is the maximum system memory for XP 32 bit, and does all the additional memory on the board, as well as the video card memory reduce the maximum?

4 GB minus the whole thing like the video card, etc. Also depending upon your hardware, which leaves about 2.5-3.2 GB.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking of. I'm also a member of another tech sight and the fools there just don't get this, even when I posted a half dozen of links. I just needed to find out that someone might know what we are talking about.
