After a year from the right on the expiring date of my pc warranty. My windows XP have been expired also. I am receiving a message stating that I am a victim of software counterfeiting in the computer. That my windows XP were not the real deal. I can't pay for to buy another on. What should I do?

Make sure the message displaying was genuine and not just a pop-up in the computer coming from a dodgy web site, it must be a scam. If it was from MS it would normally appear after Windows are been updated.
