Win XP displays CD drive which is not there

I have observed that my windows XP Pro is viewing a CD drive listed as (i) in the My Computer Drives menu which is not even installed on my computer. I have only one DVD-RAM burner is listed under the drives. It doesn't appear to be the interfere with the computer operation. It appears to be showing up after I have installed Acronis True Image Home 2009.

When I right click on it and go to properties it shows a drive with zero capacity with nothing on it. Isn’t the hardware profile it is not even listed only the DVD drive is listed?

Why am I screening a drive that I don't even have as being on my computer? How do I fix it?

"Acronis Secure Zone will protect your system by saving an image to a special hidden partition on your hard disk where it can be right of entry when the system is being restored." Sounds like you are just seeing the special partition created by Acronis?
