Go to your BIOS setting and change them to the default setting and try to shutdown your computer if the same thing happen again then check what error you get on your black or blue screen and copy the error number like for E.g. 0000X1233 if you get any type of these error then copy that error number in Google and you will get the solution against that error number and if you don’t get any error report only a black screen then try formatting your operating system and reinstall all your application and you will surely get it done.
