In Windows you have to install Java in your system to understand the Chinese language and you can get it from Sun Java site and be sure to get JRE version supportable with all language in recent JRE you have to o through an additional step for Chinese language support while installing select the support for additional language and which will get installed on your hard drive or else click on control panel go to Add or Remove option and select the JRE and click change and then click to select to modify and then make sure to support multiple languages and will get installed on your hard disk also install Chinese support for your computer if you haven't already done so.
Automatic Install (Windows Only) and then download the Dim Sum tool setup program and it will generate a Chinese tool on your start menu if any more program such as WinRAR or similar compression software comes up when you try to start DimSum To install the program you to download DimSum. It is very simple as save it to your desktop. Once the download finishes, there should be a new icon on your desktop called DimSum
And double click on the icon to start the program some browser wil save the Dimsum.Zip if it is saved in that format then just rename it as Dimsum.jar file and double click to start the tool to understand the Chinese language or else
If you know the language very well download the Chinese language patch from the Internet and directly install it in your system.
