After formatting your whole computer install the drivers from the CD provided to you on the purchase of motherboard and install all the drivers and after installation of all the drivers the system will ask you for restarting the PC and should click on the option yes and system will automatically get reboot or some chipset manufacturer after installation of each driver it get automatically restarted and after that go to you’re my computer icon and Right click on it and select properties and click on hardware option in the displayed dialogue box and click on the below seen Device manager and after that find whether all the devices drivers have been installed and if you find a yellow colored question mark or an exclamation mark it means the drivers are not installed for that particular device and reinstall the driver and still you find the same thing it means your particular file from the driver CD are being corrupted and you need to buy or download the file from the internet.
There’s an easy way to find out driver from the internet without browsing the web for longtime only after clicking on the device manager you see whichever device driver not being installed you should click on that particular device having a yellow colored question or exclamation mark and just right click on it and select properties after clicking on the properties you will see a dialogue box and select the following details option from that menu and you see some numbers relating to the device just copy that to your clipboard and after that paste it on your favorite search engine and you surely find the driver relating to that sound or any other devices.
