If you be able to, attempt accessing to Safe Mode whenever the system starts just keep pressing the F8 key if you can, (Always in safe mode) try to enter System Restore and restore to an earlier date when this problem didn't survive. To access System Restore, follow these instructions:

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. Also, can you download security application or are you blocked from those sites. Try to way in these sites and install these scanners: in Normal Mode Super AntiSpyware. Use the free edition Dr.WebCureIt. This is an .exe and does not need to be installed. If you can download, install and update SUPER AntisSpyware in Normal Mode then, whenever in Safe Mode run a Quick Scan. Dr.WebCureIt does not need to be updated as the edition you are downloading is the current one. Just twice click on the .exe and run a quick scan. Normal as well as in the Safe Mode. So, try to download these applications and then, when in Safe Mode try the scans and System Restore to see if it has any result.
