Windows XP -SP3 Recycle Bin issue: Any erased file(s) appears for a short time in the recycle bin (haven't determined the exact no. of minutes!). When I go back to the Bin they are disappeared, Additional there are a complete group of 0byte .TMP files viewing up in there from the system folder C:\RECYCLER. What I have done to create this worrying condition &, more significantly, how do I accurate it? I promise all that the 'Properties' option that causes documents to be deleted instantly & not go off to the recycle bin is unchecked.
