Your system administrator has disabled the option of the user to change the password. At the login screen, press [CTRLl+[ALTl+[DELl twice to get access to your computer as Administrator.
Check with the IT admin in your office. If the system is your home computer, log in using the Administrator account and enable the option of changing the password by the user. This can be done from 'Start I Settings I Control Panel I User accounts' and click on the respective user name and make the necessary changes. If you do not have the Administrator password, contact the engineer who installed the operating system on your computer. The password is blank by default.
